BOARDING & TRAINING AGREEMENT CONTRACT
Should any animal become ill, or seem to be in need of medical attention, we reserve the right to administer aid and/or to use any available veterinarian. Any expenses so incurred shall be paid by the owner, in addition to the other fees listed below.
Alden’s Kennels Inc. has all rights to medical information on your pet while in our charge and for any reason after their visit to Alden’s Kennels Inc.
Daily charges begin at the date entered above. The customer agrees to notify this kennel in advance if there is any change in the date this animal is to be picked up. No animal will be released until all charges are paid in full. Any animal left uncalled for or unpaid for, shall be disposed of 7 days from the scheduled date of pick-up (as noted herein). The owner shall remain liable for the complete bill as well as all other charges incurred in the care, maintenance and disposal of said animal as listed below.
The owner of the animal or his agent agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by this facility in the collection of any training, grooming, or other charges incurred by the owner or the animal or his agent.
